We have signed a management contract with Leasing Bharat partners and they have managed our property for period of one year & in that time they have:- Brought all tenants out of arrears. Collected vast amounts owing in outgoings. Successfully negotiated the termination & releasing of one tenancy without a days loss of rent. Have provided excellent communication via email & phone. Have provided an exceptional response to technical issues. Have arranged two total building inspections with detailed reports plus a separate fire services report. Deposited all payments into my account in the same week as the rentals were collected. Initially It was bit difficult to arrange everything but with time they have made the working smooth with the full satisfaction in service.
